What is Excelsior! by Stan Lee?
Excelsior! by Stan Lee is the official brand of Stan Lee, honoring Stan’s iconic legacy and celebrating real life superheroes all over the world. The brand is owned and operated by Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment, the independent company Stan founded in 2001.
When will I get my order?
This is a limited pre-order sale, and all orders are expected to ship on July 20th. When this limited sale ends we will produce exactly the number of items sold and deliver orders once production is complete. This prevents wasteful excess inventory and it means that each product is exclusive and extremely limited.
Once production is completed, orders ship via UPS Ground (domestic) or DHL Express (international orders). We expect all shipments to arrive 2-6 days after shipping, depending on geographical location. For international orders, customs clearance may delay delivery further. You will receive an email when your order ships, and it will include tracking info and expected delivery date.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns up to 20 days after you receive your order. If more than 20 days has passed since your order was delivered to you, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please go to https://shop.therealstanlee.com/pages/returns and follow the instructions. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place your order. You can only initiate a return after your order has shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet shipped, you are welcome to cancel it. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the email address you used to place your order, and let us know that you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diner's Club) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What is your international shipping policy?
See below for a list of countries we currently ship to. This list is limited in part because of current COVID-19 shipping restrictions. All international orders are shipped with DHL Express. Customs and duties may be charged when your order arrives, and these are out of our control and solely the responsibility of the customer.

Where do you ship from?
All orders will ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles.
What size should I choose? How do the clothes fit?
All of our items have a sizing chart on the product page. Click on "Size & Fit" to view the measurements. We recommend taking a garment that already fits you well and measuring it to compare to the listed measurements on our size chart.
